10/10 for service. Kevin and Monika were such genuine people with a real passion for what they do. I could not be happier with my gorgeous/classic 2012 BMW coupe. I must say, I was reluctant to trust ANY dealer again in the UK! As an Aussie, I had previously bought two cars here from "dealers" who assured me the car was fantastic etc, only to find out these cars were (almost) ready for the scrap heap within a year. Huge losses suffered to myself and there is little a customer can do. I had to fly down to London from Scotland to visit the car. Both Kevin and Monika helped me so much by taking my numerous calls about the car, requests for videos, including the engine cover coming off and hearing the car start. They assured me the car was immaculate, and they weren't wrong! I also had done by due diligence, too. They have restored my trust in small dealerships with their utmost professionalism, their love for their trade, and their general good nature. If you are like me and reluctant to trust smaller dealers, please, trust Detail Autos! They buy beautiful cars (I used to sell new cars for VW!) with low miles that have been beautifully maintained by their previous owners, many of them with few miles on the clock. Kevin and Monika - you guys are the BEST. I will be sure to keep in contact with them as I drive my car to Europe for the winter next month! Do not hesitate when viewing their vehicles. I phoned Kevin a couple of days before viewing a vehicle to ask a few more questions about it and he couldn’t have been more helpful. He took the time to listen to me and provide me with the information I wanted. A couple of days later I contacted Kevin and said we wanted to view it and that we had a drive of 60+ miles and wanted to not waste our time should it sell before we got there. He stated he wouldn’t let anyone else look at it before we did! We then viewed the car and the service was again exceptional. Needless to say we bought the car and will definitely be back when choosing our next car. Why shop around when you can use this great man and garage. 5 stars isn’t enough. I’m giving 6 ⭐️!

Recently bought a Peugeot 3008 from Kevin and Monica - what a dream team! The car was prepared immaculately and looked as good as new. You can tell from their garage that Kevin and Monica take absolute pride in their business, the place is spotless. They were so accommodating to us on the day, even dropping us into Staines while they prepared the paperwork and collecting us afterwards. The world’s best kept secret… they're so good that I’m reticent to share them with others, but their service was so excellent that it's only fair that I do. I bought a Mercedes CLK from them and from the moment I picked up the phone until I got there they were fantastic. I had to travel up from the south coast and Kevin even kept the car aside for me, so that I didn't have a wasted journey. They even helped me with my tax and insurance once there! As I purchased an older car a small fault occurred after the sale and Kevin was good enough to honour his word and pay for it to be corrected. If you're looking for a great car, with the service and integrity to match, then you've found the right place. I couldn't recommend them higher. They have a great range of cars and some really nice convertibles. Their prices were very reasonable and they're so genuine it's a pleasure to buy from them. You won’t be disappointed.

Looked at a Ford KA on the 4Feb and collected it on 9Feb. All work that said would be done to it before collection was done and to a really high standered. Everyone was really helpful and knowledgeable they made buying a car so easy and relaxing, i would really recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car. I’m so happy with my car!

Detail Auto,s went over and above what was expected from your average dealers. We were picked up at the airport and taken to the showroom. After completing the transaction on our car they then helped us do the new registration, AA cover, and vehicle tax. Then got us on the long road back to the northeast of Scotland.
