BMW 3 Series 2.2 320Ci 320 Sport 2dr

Excellent to do business with

10/10 for service. Kevin and Monika were such genuine people with a real passion for what they do. I could not be happier with my gorgeous/classic 2012 BMW coupe. I must say, I was reluctant to trust ANY dealer again in the UK! As an Aussie, I had previously bought two cars here from "dealers" who assured me the car was fantastic etc, only to find out these cars were (almost) ready for the scrap heap within a year. Huge losses suffered to myself and there is little a customer can do. I had to fly down to London from Scotland to visit the car. Both Kevin and Monika helped me so much by taking my numerous calls about the car, requests for videos, including the engine cover coming off and hearing the car start. They assured me the car was immaculate, and they weren't wrong! I also had done by due diligence, too. They have restored my trust in small dealerships with their utmost professionalism, their love for their trade, and their general good nature. If you are like me and reluctant to trust smaller dealers, please, trust Detail Autos! They buy beautiful cars (I used to sell new cars for VW!) with low miles that have been beautifully maintained by their previous owners, many of them with few miles on the clock. Kevin and Monika - you guys are the BEST. I will be sure to keep in contact with them as I drive my car to Europe for the winter next month! Do not hesitate when viewing their vehicles. THANK YOU FOR YOUR AMAZING SERVICE 🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻

We recently bought a car for my son from this very fair and honest dealer. Kevin and Monika are a very friendly and helpful couple and made the whole transaction very easy. My son loves the car which is obviously the most important thing.

Bought a car with them and had a great experience. They were very helpful, honest and trustworthy. Kevin was very flexible and allow us to come pick up the car after work hours. We are very happy with the whole buying process and highly recommend this retailer.

I purchased a car from Detail Autos. The team were amazing. They talked me through the process and made me feel at ease. The car drives beautifully and has been well maintained. Kevin and Monika made sure I had everything I needed to take the car home same day and were very patient and helpful while I got everything sorted on my end.

Absolutely 5 star service from this wonderful couple. Kevin and Monika could not have done more to make the process of buying to delivery first class. Would highly recommend buying from Detail Autos, will definitely use them again

I would happily recommend Detail Autos. I just purchased a white Volvo S90 which looked absolutely super when I picked it up. I found both Kevin and Monika to be honest, non pushy and a pleasure to meet. I would say that Detail Autos is a car dealership you can trust. Thank you both for an enjoyable experience.

Amazing service from Kevin & Monika. Both were extremely helpful and prepared. We recently purchased our Toyota Yaris from them and the whole process was smooth, car was prepared in no time with new MOT. I’m really happy we chose them, I only can recommend this car dealer.

We is good here

I phoned Kevin a couple of days before viewing a vehicle to ask a few more questions about it and he couldn’t have been more helpful. He took the time to listen to me and provide me with the information I wanted. A couple of days later I contacted Kevin and said we wanted to view it and that we had a drive of 60+ miles and wanted to not waste our time should it sell before we got there. He stated he wouldn’t let anyone else look at it before we did! We then viewed the car and the service was again exceptional. Needless to say we bought the car and will definitely be back when choosing our next car. Why shop around when you can use this great man and garage. 5 stars isn’t enough. I’m giving 6 ⭐️!

Great service from Kevin and Monika. Agree with the other review comments that the experience was very fair, friendly and Kevin ensured everything was perfect with the car and very well presented. No hesitation in recommending them.

Wszysko dobrze ale to troche mały salon 👍

Went to look at car on Monday picked up new car Wednesday gave me fair deal on my old car my Skoda city go is a great car nice friendly people to do business with thank you

The best car dealer I have ever met, both the husband and wife are amazing and friendly. Their honesty is genuine, make the car look like a new one. Really appreciate you guys.

We recently purchased a beautiful Mercedes SL500 from Detail Autos, I spoke to Kevin in some detail before I made the rather long (130 mile) journey to look at the vehicle. Believe me I would not have made that journey had I not been impressed with my perception not only of the car but also the man I was dealing with. Sure enough I fell in love with the car and enjoyed my engagement with both Kevin and Monika who proved in every sense to be good and genuine people. It was just like dealing with friends who, I should point our acted professionally and caringly throughout. All in all a great and indeed gratifying experience, thank you again Keven and Monika, I recommend you and your business without hesitation.

Spot on purchased our car no hassle

Bought my first car from them!!! Monica and Kevin are the best!!! Process went so smooth and very happy with my car! Highly recommended!!

Nice cars and lovely people.

Great service from Kevin and his team. The vehicle was over and above my expectations and I would definitely check there stock when I look to change my car again!

Real genuine gentleman and excellent service

This place is AMAZING !! Don't look anywhere else for your next car. Their customer service is second to none and the cars are is fantastic condition inside and out. These guys make sure your car buying experience is the best it can be. And the customer service doesn't stop when you've paid and driven off !!! We will be taking our car back to detail autos for any work that needs doing/MOT's/services etc. And we will be buying our next car from them when the time comes !!

I decided to come to this place based upon the existing reviews from other customers and I have to say that the experience of selling my car to Kevin could not have been better! He takes care of everything to make it as smooth as possible, I am sure my Auris will be on the best possible hands!

Recently bought a Peugeot 3008 from Kevin and Monica - what a dream team! The car was prepared immaculately and looked as good as new. You can tell from their garage that Kevin and Monica take absolute pride in their business, the place is spotless. They were so accommodating to us on the day, even dropping us into Staines while they prepared the paperwork and collecting us afterwards. We drove the car to the south of France the week after we bought it, it behaved wonderfully. Thanks Kevin and Monica, you are a breath of fresh air in the car dealership industry.

Been to many car dealers but this one is the best by far, they show you everything you need to know about the car you buying, Paperwork etc I am extremely happy with the car. And am thinking to buy another

We bought a Ford Galaxy from Detail Autos about 3 weeks ago. You will not find a more professional and honest couple to deal with than Kevin and Monica. You feel like you are buying from family rather than a dealer. Well done to you both you are truly an exeption to the rule. Regards Steve Nightingale.

I recently bought my daughters first car from them and I wish I had known about them when I needed a car for myself! Kevin and Monica are wonderful and genuinely care. They made sure the car was looking brand new for my daughter, answered any question we had, and looked after us from start to finish. I would happily recommend them to anyone. Thank you Detail Autos!

The world’s best kept secret… they're so good that I’m reticent to share them with others, but their service was so excellent that it's only fair that I do. I bought a Mercedes CLK from them and from the moment I picked up the phone until I got there they were fantastic. I had to travel up from the south coast and Kevin even kept the car aside for me, so that I didn't have a wasted journey. They even helped me with my tax and insurance once there! As I purchased an older car a small fault occurred after the sale and Kevin was good enough to honour his word and pay for it to be corrected. If you're looking for a great car, with the service and integrity to match, then you've found the right place. I couldn't recommend them higher. They have a great range of cars and some really nice convertibles. Their prices were very reasonable and they're so genuine it's a pleasure to buy from them. You won’t be disappointed.

Monica and Kevin very nice people to do business with I would recommended them to anyone and there made you feel welcome and the car is in a brilliant conditioning thank you for all your help

Very helpful company and made you feel very welcome

Looked at a Ford KA on the 4Feb and collected it on 9Feb. All work that said would be done to it before collection was done and to a really high standered. Everyone was really helpful and knowledgeable they made buying a car so easy and relaxing, i would really recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car. I’m so happy with my car!

I brought a Mazda from this garage, the owner is very helpful and friendly with exceptional customer service. He goes above and beyond, if any one wants a good dealer in the staines area i highly recommend this one.

Had bought a car from Detail Autos. Car was not quite what I expected and therefore wanted a refund. Kevin was more than happy to oblige. Something not all dealers would have done without the legal enforcement. Very pleased with him and his service. Give gim a try, an honest trader is hard to come by.

Detail Auto,s went over and above what was expected from your average dealers. We were picked up at the airport and taken to the showroom. After completing the transaction on our car they then helped us do the new registration, AA cover, and vehicle tax. Then got us on the long road back to the northeast of Scotland. Kevin and Monica are a great team, and a wonderful very friendly couple, it was an absolute pleasure to do business with them and we would certainly recommend them to anybody

Kevin and the team were superb, informative and helped me find my dream car, thanks guys, I will be using you in the future when I come to sell!

Arranged a test drive and fell in love with car straight away. Kevin had the car ready for collection within /48 hrs. Insurance and tax was arranged in his office and we drove off in a beautifully valeted car. Brilliant transaction throughout.
